I fell in love with a perfect robot girl today. Her hair was a beautiful synthetic fiber, her skin a smooth polymer; I'm sure her moist ruby lips were silicon based.

It was her electric thoughts, not her mechanical hips, that brought me to this circumstance. She was different from other people, like white lightning.

Yet, her gears turned for another. I could see it in her vacuum tubes, the spark for a man not me.

So I smashed her with my wrench, and cried as the oil seeped into my lawn.

I'll build another tomorrow.
