Well, I've been out of it for a while. I'm really struggling with getting a decent sleep schedule going, and I've been having an ass-ton of computer problems. Sucks.
Things I hate unreasonably:
washing dishes
doing laundry
shaving
travelling
I see these things as pointless and time consuming, and I do my best to avoid them whenever possible. It's babyish, but true.
using the phone
I don't know. I just don't like to do it.
Things I like unreasonably:
Lifting weights
We've been over this. Something about trying as hard as you can at something, and seeing how much you have done, and knowing what you are capable of, I like. It's just very satisfying to me.
MMA
I can't exactly say why I'm drawn to it. The primordial conflict? The fact that it's as real as it gets(copyright) or just the huge varieties of factors and skills that play into the ultimate sport? I don't know. I just know that right now I'm worried about my man Quinton Jackson, because he should be able to beat his opponent up tonight, but Lindland is a tough dude and maybe something weird and bad will happen and Jackson will lose.
'games' in the strategic sense
I don't know. I just know that sometimes I've spent hours reading the rules for some game system and trying to figure out what the best strategy would be for me. Maybe it's a reaction to a world that's either illogical or too complex to be understood. Maybe I just like games and exercising my brain.
Ok, that was a stupid exercise. I've been reading some online personal ads, and I've noticed two things:
1 - All the people on craigslist are really frighteningly desperate , gross, or retarded.
2 – 99% of people list how they dislike “fake people” or “fake people need not apply”. Is there a mandroid force out there I'm not aware of? Do people realize they are horribly fake and need not apply to such ads? Or are people just really stupid. I'll take option 3 for a billion, Alex.
